Hikvision HWI-D640HA-LZU, 4MP Dome camera, optical zoom 2.8mm-12mm, PoE, Smart Hybrid Lights, 2x Mic.

The Hikvision HiWatch HWI-D640HA-LZU is a rugged outdoor dome IP camera with 4 MP resolution, varifocal motor lens and dual light/Smart Hybrid Light illumination. This camera is designed for continuous surveillance, with good low-light performance, weather and vandalism protection, plus smart detection functions.

Key features.

• Resolution: 4 megapixel (2560 × 1440)

• Image sensor: 1/3″ progressive scan CMOS

• Minimum illumination: color 0.005 Lux (F1.6, AGC on); black and white: 0 Lux with IR illumination on

• Lens: varifocal motorized lens 2.8-12 mm

• Angle of View (Field of View): horizontally approx. 96.7° to 29.7°; vertically approx. 51.7° to 16.7°; diagonally approx. 114.3° to 34° depending on lens position

• Night lighting/illumination in poor light: Smart Hybrid Light with IR as well as white light, range up to approx. 30 meters

• Wide Dynamic Range (WDR): 120 dB, for better contrast in backlight and changing light conditions

• Video compression & streams: supports H.265+, H.265, H.264+, H.264 (also MJPEG on sub-streams); multiple image streams (main & sub) with different frame rates depending on resolution

• Detection functions: Motion Detection 2.0 with classification of people and vehicles, privacy masks, region of interest (ROI) for main stream

• Audio: built-in microphone for sound recording/monitoring

• Storage: microSD card slot up to approx. 512 GB local memory possible

• Housing & protection: IP67 (water & dust proof), IK08 (vandal resistant)

• Power options: 12 V DC or via PoE (IEEE 802.3af)

• Temperature range: operates between approximately -30 °C and +60 °C; suitable for outdoor use in various weather conditions

• Dimensions & weight: diameter ~121.5 mm, height ~97.6 mm; weight approx. 540 g net, approx. 740 g including packaging

Advantages

• Good image quality even in low light, thanks to ~0.005 Lux + IR/white light combination.

• Flexible viewing angle through motor zoom lens (2.8-12 mm) to zoom in/out depending on situation.

• Strong protection against weather and vandalism (IP67, IK08).

• Efficient compression technology saves storage space and bandwidth (H.265+).

• Smart detection (people/vehicles) reduces chance of false alarms.
